Alliance Partner Benefits

 

There are a number of benefits that are offered to our Ricoh Alliance Partners depending on the level of that partner.  The Ricoh Alliance Program has the following Partner Levels:

 

-  Strategic Alliance Partners

-  Ricoh Independent Solutions Vendor Program (RiSVP) Partners

 

Ricoh's Strategic Alliance Partner level is available by invitation only.  This level consists of companies from top tier ECM companies, national System Integrators and global imaging Independent Software Vendors "ISVs". 

 

Ricoh Alliance Program and RiSVP Partners are third party solution companies (ISVs) that may enter the Program by either:

 

-  Developing complimentary applications in our Developer Program and passing 
    "compatibility testing".  These partners then have the ability to market their application through the 
    various Ricoh Sales Channels

-  Having a product that compliments Ricoh's printers or wide format machines. 

 

Ricoh Alliance Program and RiSVP partner levels are determined by minimum revenue criteria.  As our partners meet the next revenue criteria cut-off, they are upgraded to the next level and are then eligible for the added benefits associated with that respective level.
