According to a recent AIIM Industry Watch Survey, the number one business driver (43%) for Enterprise Content Management systems is “increasing efficiency and productivity”. There are various studies that provide estimates of the amount of time that is spent looking for documents but they all point to the same problem – too much time. Whether it is 25%, 30% or 35%, it is an inefficient use of your employee’s time.
