Criteria for Participation and Upgrade
There are three levels within the Ricoh Independent Solutions Vendor Program based on the partners organizational profile and sales volume:
Gold Members, who have passed compatibility testing, will have a presence on Ricoh websites and product information shared with the Ricoh channel.
Platinum Members, who are positioned by Ricoh as a solution offering, will have all the benefits of Gold Membership plus dedicated program management and the ability to participate at Ricoh channel events.
Platinum Plus Members, who are positioned by Ricoh as a solution offering, will have all the benefits of Platinum Membership plus collaborative market planning and product inclusion on Ricoh's price list.
