Our products provide many alternatives to the traditional ‘on-ramp’ for documents and files whose destination is a Document Management System such as Ricoh’s DocumentMall.
ISS LTD streamlines and improves Business Processes, Security, Retention Compliance, and lowers document Storage Costs by enabling the Multi-Function Copier to be one of the on-ramp choices for user documents. Other choices include indexing and storing on-demand from sources such as scanners, watched network ‘hot’ folders, printing to virtual desktop printers, sending direct from within the e-mail clients of Microsoft Outlook or IBM/Lotus Notes, ISS’s DocMall Desktop for side-by side image + index viewing, and importing from front-end Data Capture Systems such as Cardiff TELEform and Kofax Capture.
Existing Ricoh eCabinet users may seamlessly implement DocumentMall by utilizing ISS LTD’s data migration services. ISS LTD is proud to be the only Certified Ricoh Netsourcing Alliance Partner for data migration from the eCabinet.
