Value Proposition:
The LinkCom III is designed to work efficiently within the mixed IBM Host and LAN environments. The LinkCom III will convert SCS/DCA and IPDS data streams to the industry standards PCL or Postscript language, which is then printed on the Ricoh printers All Ricoh printer features such as duplex, offsetting, paper handling and complex finishing are available for AFP/IPDS printing and are supported transparently through the Linkcom III. It supports SNA and TCP/IP sessions from IBM systems.
In addition, the Ricoh printer will continue to support network Postscript, PCL, TIFF and PDF printing while connected to the LinkCom III.
